Mole Valley District Council (MVDC) welcomes feedback from its customers and residents about its services; positive or negative. If you wish to submit feedback about a service or services you have received or would like to receive, there are various ways to do so.
- 'Comments and Compliments' cards are available from reception at the council's Pippbrook offices in Dorking and the HelpShop in Leatherhead
- you can email email@example.com
- if you have received excellent customer service from a member of staff or team, you can nominate that person or persons via MVDC's Above and Beyond Awards
