Mole Valley District Council (MVDC) is in the process of preparing a new Local Plan (Future Mole Valley). M25 Strategic Noise Assessment March 2017

Southdowns Environmental Consultants Ltd was commissioned in September 2016 by MVDC to undertake an assessment of noise from road traffic on major roads, within three specified zones adjacent to the M25. The purpose of the assessment is to identify the extent to which road noise originating from the M25 and adjacent major roads acts as a strategic constraint on development.

This document and the appendices are available (see 'Downloads').

Transport Evaluation

The Transport Evaluation assesses the transport implications of anticipated development within Mole Valley over the Core Strategy period 2006-2026. The document is available (see 'Downloads').
