Rosemary has been a district councillor for Leatherhead South since 1995. She is married with two grown up sons.
She currently sits on the Development Control (Planning) Committee and is a substitute on the Scrutiny Committee.
Rosemary was Chairman of Leatherhead Town Centre Forum for many years and is now Vice Chairman. She sits on the the Town Centre Manager's Steering Group. She formed the Theatre Revival Group and was involved in the first Leatherhead Drama Festival.
Twice a month Rosemary sits with the MP at his surgeries in Leatherhead and Dorking and once a month holds a Conservative Councillors surgery at the HelpShop where anyone can come for advice. She is very involved in the community and all aspects of the town's developments and can be found in the town almost daily.
When not immersed in politics she has several hobbies and is a member of various organisations including the National Trust and Compassion in World Farming.
