Waste, Recycling and Bins

We are aware that waste collections in some parts of Mole Valley have been disrupted in recent days. We would like to apologise to those residents affected and reassure everyone that we are working closely with our contractors to make improvements as a matter of urgency.

We know that some collections are taking place later in the day than usual while crews catch up with other outstanding work. If you believe your collection may have been missed, please use our online reporting form within 2 working days of your scheduled collection  which will tell you if the crews are still working in your area.  Our partners Joint Waste Solutions are also publishing details of the areas where it is known that whole roads have been missed on their website here.
